What is DOVER?

DOVER is the command that you use if you would like to
list a file on the Dover printer on the second floor.

Here is what DOVER does:
1. It takes a TEXT file (no XGP or DVI files yet!) and makes a PRESS file.
1a.Actually, it takes PRESS file, too.
2. It attempts to EFTP the PRESS file to the Dover (not always successfully).

Note: The .PRE file stays on your directory.

To run DOVER, just type "DOVER <cr>" to the monitor for hand-holding mode.
It will prompt you for the file you want to send.

DOVER FOO.BAR works just as well.

The full SAIL character set now works.

Note: I am not done writing this program yet.  So, instead of
having 25 people send me a message telling me to get personal names
on the header, here is a list of what will probably be implemented 
in the near future:

1. Being able to specify which font you would like.(the default = SAIL8.)
2. Personal names appearing on header sheet.
3. Optional headers on top of every page.
4. Optional page numbers on each page.
5. Printing .DVI files, maybe eventually .XGP files.
6. Last, but most important, an actual SPOOLER which queues up the PRESS files.
